§ 1 General Provisions

The online store is operated by BluePulse Advanced Swimming Pool Engineering Limited located at Unit 1, Hurley's Yard, Liscahane Beg, Kinsale, Co. Cork, P17 NP93, Ireland, registered under CRO number: 768050 VAT: IE4308940FR TRN: 4308940FH.

The store offers products related to public and private pools, pool technologies, spare parts, and pool chemicals.

BluePulse Advanced Swimming Pool Engineering Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on the store's website and are effective upon their publication.

§ 2 Purchase Conditions

Orders can be placed through the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Customers are not required to create an account to place orders, but logging in allows customers to track orders and facilitates future purchases.

The store may offer periodic promotions and discount codes, which will be announced on the website or through the newsletter.

Long-term business partners may receive individualized pricing depending on the volume of purchases.

§ 3 Payment Methods

The available payment methods include all major credit and debit cards processed securely via Revolut. Customers do not need a Revolut account to make a payment.

Cash payments are not accepted. All transactions must be completed via electronic payment methods.

Payment must be made in advance and the order will be processed once payment has been credited to the store’s account.

§ 4 Delivery Conditions

The store delivers products via AnPost, DHL, and FastWay courier services.

International delivery is available only through DHL.

Currently, shipments are dispatched once a week on Tuesdays. In the future, we plan to introduce daily shipments on business days.

Shipping costs:

  • FastWay: a flat rate for shipments up to 28 kg.
  • DHL: charges are based on the weight of the shipment.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

In the event that the ordered product is out of stock, the store reserves the right to extend the delivery time. The customer will be notified by email, SMS, or phone and may accept the new delivery time or cancel the order.

§ 5 Service and Additional Costs

Service Requests: When a customer orders a service (e.g. maintenance, repair, or installation) from BluePulse Advanced Swimming Pool Engineering Limited, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the service as agreed at the time of booking. If during the performance of the service, additional spare parts or materials are needed, these costs will be communicated to the customer in advance and must be approved before the service continues.

Mobile Payment: Our service technicians are equipped with mobile payment terminals, allowing customers to settle additional costs incurred during the service visit on-site. Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards via Revolut. Cash payments are not accepted.

Billing and Invoicing: For all payments made during or after a service request, a detailed invoice will be issued and sent to the customer within 7 days from the date of payment. The invoice will include the service details, cost breakdown, and payment reference.

Approval of Additional Costs: Any unforeseen additional costs (e.g. extra parts or labor) will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding. The service will resume only once the customer gives approval either in person, via email, or via phone/SMS.

§ 9 Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are effective from the moment they are published on the store’s website.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Irish law.
